How Sutando Photo Booth collects, uses, and protects information from website visitors, clients, and event guests. Last updated September 22, 2026.
Sutando Photo Booth ("Sutando", "we", "us") provides photo booth and 360 video booth services for events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas. This policy covers sutandophotobooth.com, our quote request form, our event photo galleries, and information gathered at events. Questions go to hello@sutandophotobooth.com.
Information you give us. When you request a quote, you provide your name, email, phone number, company (optional), event type, event date, venue or city, estimated guest count, and any notes you add. The form is powered by HoneyBook, our booking and invoicing platform. If you become a client, we also collect billing details and event logistics needed to deliver the service.
Event photos and videos. Our booths capture photos and video clips of guests who choose to use them. Guests may enter an email address or phone number at the booth to receive their photos. We store event media so clients and their guests can view and download it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, general location, referring source). Microsoft Clarity may record anonymized session replays and heatmaps. When we run advertising, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags help us measure and improve our ads. None of these tools receive your name or contact details from us.
We use information to respond to quote requests, plan and deliver events, invoice and collect payment, deliver photos and videos to clients and guests, improve the website and our marketing, and send occasional emails about Sutando. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
We may use photos and videos from events in our portfolio, website, and social media only with the event host's permission. If you appear in an image we have published and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business: HoneyBook (inquiries, contracts, payments), Google (analytics and, when active, advertising), Meta (advertising, when active), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), our email marketing platform, and our photo gallery hosting provider. Each is bound by its own privacy terms and may only use the data to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. Meta and Google let you adjust ad personalization in your account settings. The site still works with cookies disabled, though the quote form relies on HoneyBook's own cookies to function.
Quote requests and client records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Event galleries stay online for the period stated in the client's agreement, then are archived or deleted. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's default retention settings.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it). We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@sutandophotobooth.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within 45 days. Residents of other states or countries with similar rights may make the same request.
Our website and marketing are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the website. Guests of all ages may use a booth at a private event under the supervision of the event host.
We use reputable providers with encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
